  Great service to ship a package that required packaging for a fragile item. Service rep was friendly, helpful and meticulous as well as speedy. Great!

  I had a bad experience with fedex last time . They charged me extra money because i wanted ma package be delivered express. Unfortunately the parcel was not delivered yet and started getting not entrust to fedex. The service was very bad.

  Long wait time on the weekend but the staff here are so nice, there was a super nice Asian lady that helped me and I love her

  Never will I ever use FedEx - this depot facilitated the theft of a package worth thousands of dollars. They claim they gave it to someone at the depot - but that person's name is not on the package, and FedEx claims they have no copy of the ID, and are being difficult with allowing police to view any evidence. FedEx closed my support ticket after a couple of days, claiming it was resolved but it is not - I do not have my item, or my money back almost 1 month later. They have done NOTHING to help me get my package or a refund. This issue is not the fault of the vendor - FEDEX STOLE MY PACKAGE. FedEx has gone completely silent on this and is not answering calls. As far as I am concerned, they are covering up theft by their drivers and or staff people. DO NOT USE FEDEX!
