  It's behind these double doors. Food court is on the left of the picture. They seem like doors you're not supposed to enter, but that's not the case. I feel like when they installed it, FedEx should have done their due diligence and posted some pictures like these.

  Hard to find. Head toward food court, from centre elevator and go through doors marked center tower mailroom on your right (opposite the food court).
