  Very strange FedEx dropoff box. Huge waste of time - impossible to find. The building itself is huge and nobody working there seems to know about any FedEx dropoff boxes for some strange reason. Once you get to the main reception you need to find the glass doors with the sign for the "unauthorized personnel only" and then once you're in the hallway, you have to look for the door to the mail courrier room. Dropping stuff off here feels super sketchy like you aren't supposed to be there. Either this FedEx dropoff box should be removed from Google maps, OR, there should be clear signage to the public to show them where to go and removal of the "unauthorized personnel only" sign. Do better #FedEx

  As others have said, the location of this drop box is pretty confusing. Security can help direct you but I've also taken some photos to hopefully help with directions. If you're entering from the main entrance, go straight until you see the security desk, turn left and go straight and on the right side, you'll eventually see a door that says "Authorized personnel only." Go through that door, follow signs for Courrier Drop Box. The FedEx drop box will be on the other side of that door. Best of luck and hopefully nobody else gets lost like I did!

  Indeed hard to find, just ask somebody! It doesn’t seem intended for public use (go through doors and follow sign for courier drop box), but it’s in a handy enough location

  Impossible to locate by yourself but staff was very helpful in helping me get to it. You definitely need help because the doors say authorized personnel only. In a way it’s nice it’s in such a secure location.

  Impossible to find. The location is huge and security/concierge have no idea where it is.
