    This is the second time recently where my package was delivered to the wrong address. Don’t understand how drivers don’t look at the address on the box and make sure it matches the house number. The delivery image is also very poor and not able to identify which house the package mistakenly went to from it.

    The driver didn’t use my buzzer code and I was at home waiting . He just dropped tag and left.. I don’t know why Fedex drivers always. Am still waiting for my package and no update for next delivery or pick up location.

    I’ve had a very frustrating experience with FedEx in Thunder Bay. My packages are constantly delayed or returned, and the staff seem to have serious issues with responsibility and communication. Most of the time they don’t even knock on the door before marking the delivery as missed. I went to Staples, and instead of properly helping me or answering my questions, the employees were trying to sell me a SIM card. I was already stressed and frustrated, so honestly the whole interaction felt ridiculous and unprofessional. I bought a table from IKEA and I already paid for delivery service, so the issue was clearly not on their side. My table order came in two parts, but FedEx only delivered the legs while the tabletop has been missing for over 10 days. Now I’m being told to go to the airport and ask them ,If customers have to spend hours calling different places and driving to the airport just to receive a package, then what is the point of paying for delivery or shopping online? The entire experience felt outdated, stressful, and unacceptable.

    Worst delivery in town, pathetic!! They didn't even call when they tried to deliver my package. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!!
