I’ve had a very frustrating experience with FedEx in Thunder Bay. My packages are constantly delayed or returned, and the staff seem to have serious issues with responsibility and communication. Most of the time they don’t even knock on the door before marking the delivery as missed.
I went to Staples, and instead of properly helping me or answering my questions, the employees were trying to sell me a SIM card. I was already stressed and frustrated, so honestly the whole interaction felt ridiculous and unprofessional.
I bought a table from IKEA and I already paid for delivery service, so the issue was clearly not on their side. My table order came in two parts, but FedEx only delivered the legs while the tabletop has been missing for over 10 days.
Now I’m being told to go to the airport and ask them ,If customers have to spend hours calling different places and driving to the airport just to receive a package, then what is the point of paying for delivery or shopping online? The entire experience felt outdated, stressful, and unacceptable.
