  Stopped in to drop off a couple of packages. While waiting, I witnessed Shantel demonstrate exceptional customer service with an elderly customer through patience and clear communication. Impressive!

  A most unfortunate interaction with Austin who was not helpful, pleasant or kind. I asked for him to please speak differently. No luck. I asked for another team member. Nope! So I left to go to UPS. Much kinder and actually significantly cheaper. Austin’s supervisor should help him with some training to learn how to treat customers in a polite and respectful way. Do not recommend! Two thumbs down 👎 👎 Austin is One Rude Dude!
