  This drop box is hidden in the basement (P1), a guard helped me find it. Not sure why it isn't in the lobby or at least somewhere on the ground floor

  It is very difficult to find. It is well hidden. It is not open for drop-offs 24/7, as a review here indicates. Just before 6:30 p.m., when I finally found it, the mail room door was locked. I was shown the way to an also-well-hidden "security office" by a man who thought they could unlock it for me. The guard there told me the mail room closed at 6:00.

  Convenient drop off location. Take the elevators to Parking, go to P1, go thought the glass door on the right to the mailroom .There are some supplies available (like envelopes and bags). Envelopes and parcels can be dropped off.

  Beats lining up at staples, take elevator at world exchange to parkijg P1 , in mail room. Fedex box accepts boxes. Purlator drop off does not.
