  Brought my package right to the depot. Local people were quite helpful! Package was sent for next day delivery within the province, and to a major business. Driver couldn't find the address. While on the phone with customer service I googled the address and even got a street view of the building. Thanks fed ex for dropping the ball! Deadline missed

  This company is the most inept company I have ever dealt with. Unable to understand what they are saying, don’t pick up a scheduled pickup after waiting a full day for them to show up. Phone numbers listed are from 300 miles away so unable to speak to someone in our city. Their AI ignores repeated request to speak to a human being. Woman Insists on making a new tracking and pick up number and asks about shipping by air. Our FedEx depot is 5km away. Delivery is only a three hours away. Save yourself a headache by not dealing with them.

  your drivers should be fired. period. dangerous, uncaring. check your mirrors? what's a mirror? signals? wait, what are those? flow of traffic or right of way? nope. not gonna respect that either.

  My experience with the gentleman was phenomenal that fixed my issue, you see I got nowhere with the business infact he was rude that I bought my Icelandic Cod from nor the Staples location in North Bay. I came to this location and the guy couldn’t do enough for me, I spent a huge amount for the fish and I was worried it would spoil. He was smiley and happy to help. Also I need to thank Dave as well for waiting for me to come get my fish. Have a fabulous long weekend guys with your families because you deserve it.
