  I paid extra for delivery to my 24 hour business. I got a message it was out for delivery yesterday. At 5:56 PM I got a notification saying that a delivery was attempted but business was closed. ITS A HOTEL. HOTELS DON'T EVEN HAVE LOCKS ON THE FRONT DOORS. We had 2 staff at the desk all day. I reviewed my camera footage and there was NO FED EX DRIVER at the location. They just flat out lie to you. When I called the lady took the side of the lying driver. This is NOT how you run a company. ZERO customer service skills.

  Absolutely terrible experience with FedEx. The driver attempted to deliver my package to the wrong address even though the correct address was clearly listed on the shipment. No phone call, no effort to verify the location, and no communication whatsoever after the failed attempt.

  Someone opened my package and stole the contents. Delivered half of my products. I filed a claim and they denied it even though it’s clearly tampered with! Horrible customer service resolution. Horrible employees who like to steal
