  I’m so disappointed in you. My friend sent baked goods from NYC and it’s been over two weeks, my package is stuck in your location in Canada. It’s not available for pickup either. It’s perishable items! Do better, oh my god

  Bad experience with pickup service, booked a pickup time 8:00-10:00AM yesterday , and received a confirmation number. Waited until 11:00AM today , no one showed up. Called customer service, I was told the pickup window was 8:00AM -3:00PM, not acceptable
