I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Markham FedEx Centre thanks to Ash / Ashish.
I came in needing urgent help creating an overnight FedEx label for a very important time-sensitive document process, and Ash went above and beyond in every possible way. He was patient, knowledgeable, calm, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process.
He helped us contact FedEx customer service, guided us step by step through installing and using the FedEx app, and showed us how to properly generate the overnight shipping label. What could have been a stressful and confusing situation became clear and manageable because of his professionalism and care.
Ash was truly an angel on earth that day. His customer service was exceptional, and he represented FedEx with genuine excellence, compassion, and integrity.
Thank you, Ash, for your incredible help. FedEx is very fortunate to have someone like you serving customers.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service and complete lack of communication.
Amazon shipped my package earlier than the delivery date they originally provided. The first delivery attempt was made on Saturday while I was not home. Our concierge refused the package but told me the driver said he would return the next day. Based on that information, I stayed home all day Sunday waiting for the delivery. No one showed up. There was no notification, no email, no phone call, and no update of any kind.
Then they attempted delivery again on Monday morning during regular working hours, when I was obviously not home. Once again, no effort was made to communicate with me.
We called customer service and were told the package could be picked up at their Markham location after 5:00 PM and that the facility would be open until 8:00 PM. We drove there and arrived at 5:25 PM only to be told that the package was still with the driver. When we explained that customer service had specifically told us it would be available, the employee casually responded that "Mondays are different" and that packages may not return until 7:00 PM.
The situation got even worse when I asked the staff to contact the driver. I was told they didn't have his phone number. I asked to speak with a manager and was told all managers had already gone home. I then asked if there was any way to determine where the driver or my package was, and the answer was no.
A delivery company cannot track its own driver, locate a customer's package, or provide accurate information to customers? The staff offered no solutions, no accountability, and no assistance whatsoever. I was essentially told to go home and wait for a phone call.
This was one of the most disorganized, incompetent, and frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. Nobody seemed to know where my package was, nobody could contact the driver, and nobody was willing or able to help. I hope you go bankrup soon

Very unprofessional service, driver claims my address was incorrect but that wasn’t the case.
And this happened after I call FedEx support customer service 1 day before to make sure all my address details are correct including my buzz code and cellphone number. Now I have to find the time to pick my package at the head office and still have to pay the full delivery charge. Way to go FedEx!!

I wanted to recognize the exceptional customer service provided by Mark. He went above and beyond—first calling me directly, then promptly emailing the documents I needed to ensure my package could cross the border. He also took the time to guide me through completing the forms correctly.
I truly appreciate his help and professionalism. FedEx is fortunate to have someone so dedicated on their team—this level of service is rare, especially at a large company.
