  Your driver driving 975491 vehicle today July 21 around 4:10 pm was smoking weed on our property after dropping the package and throw away his joint butt in our lawn i came out confronting him that he shouldn’t smoke weed and drive. He pulled out the racist card on me and drove off. Called your customer care and basically they said they can’t take complain because their driver might of used it under prescription and if i have a problem i should call the cops. Very surprised

  This is the worst delivery company. Try to use other alternatives, they deliver 3 packages to the wrong addres and dont do anything to help or try to compensate the mistake.

  tell me to pick up the package in the location 14km away from me. not everyone has a car to do this. if you need money to deliver it again, just allow me to change the delivery options on the website. I can do nothing except going there. 14km!!!

  FedEx took 4 days from when the shipping notice was done to actually update the tracking information. Then I spent 2 days waiting for a shipment because it required a signature. They kept changing the delivery time and eventually had to go pick it up. The delivery time was changed 4 times over 36 hours with no explanation yet they could call and leave a message that the package was on the way. Ironically the company who shipped this package also sent another smaller one through Canada Post and it was received in 2 days 🤷‍♀️
