I had a food order that has meat and veggies go to the wrong address. Fixed it with the company and the food went back to your warehouse. You were supposed to deliver it next day, which is irritating that I couldn't just pick it up. Well next day arrives and you decide your not going to deliver it till the next day again. Guess what? My meat and likely veggies for the meals is no longer trust worthy being in a box with ice packs for 3 days or more. So thanks for that...

I do NOT recommend FEDEX for shipping any personal belongings - I have now had TWO shipments completely mishandled. My current shipment had been sitting at Pearson airport for over a month and they are trying to assess taxes on it. Totally Unacceptable!

Was going to give a bad review because of a misplaced package. This Location took the time to track it, though I had to then drive out to the country to get my package from a depot. Plus out of 10 people, everyone else had an efficient time with no issues. It'd be unfair not to recommend this Location.

Went out of my way to drive to this main hub because I had a very important package that needed to go out same-day, and I wanted advice from the professional on if my packaging was sufficient.
The young lady at the desk told me that since it contains a cell phone I will need a special label for dangerous goods and that she cannot help me with that because they don't have a colour printer and I'll have to go on the internet and figure it out myself.
After an hour of searching the internet this morning and only finding labeling for loose lithium ion batteries, I called FedEx customer service.
They let me know that cell phones are not considered hazardous goods, they do not require this label, and they apologized profusely that this location refused to help me with my label and packaging.
I just created my business account thinking I would shift my business from Purolator to FedEx, but my first interaction was pretty disappointing, and has wasted an additional 3 hours of my time due to employees who are not educated.
