  I would have given star in minus if I had option. Please do not go for two way carriers for passport while canada post is on strike. They don’t know the process and also don’t tell you that they don’t know. They will do it anyways. very disappointing service.

  I am deeply disappointed with the recurring issues I've experienced with FedEx's delivery service. Despite being at home and available to receive my packages, the delivery person has repeatedly marked my shipments as "business was closed," which is confusing since I live in an apartment building that isn't subject to business hours. No attempts to ring the doorbell have been made, which I can confirm since our building is equipped with cameras that never showed FedEx attempting the delivery. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it's incredibly frustrating to deal with repeated inaccuracies in delivery updates. I challenge FedEx to provide GPS data or a photo proving that the delivery attempt was actually made to my apartment. I am also ready to provide call logs from my service provider to verify that I didn't received any call from my door bell. This lack of reliability and accountability in service needs to be addressed. I expect much better from a reputable company like FedEx and hope that they will take immediate steps to correct these issues. This shouldn't even supposed to get a 1 star.
