  Terrible place I ordered chefs plate they left outside in the middle of my driveway on hit tire right in the sun no notice it was delivered everything thing in the 2 boxs where broken and 1 box was missing because it got damaged and still didn't receive it been 3 days will never order from another site that uses fedex

  I wish I could give 0 stars to this service. I have never seen such an incompetent shipping company. Unfortunately, some businesses still choose to work with them. If I had the choice, I would go with UniUni they are far better than FedEx. I’m extremely disappointed. If you see this review, please provide your delivery drivers with a cellphone. Customers shouldn’t have to wait outside all day just to catch the delivery driver. We have something else to do and we pay you to do your job.

  Please accept this 5 Star rating for FedEx Ship Centre Employee # 3819095 Joel Gagnon who helped me a great deal today Feb. 19th, 2025 in Sudbury. I was leaving Staples on Marcus Dr. who failed to provide a box for a prepaid laptop return to Dominion Voting in Toronto. I noticed a FedEx van outside. I made contact with the driver, Mr. Gagnon who responded in a very positive manner. He quickly found a perfect box to fit my laptop and affixed the return label. Meanwhile, he had just encountered his knuckle was cut from an icy ledge. To his credit, he disregarded his own injury to complete the package for shipment of my laptop. Absolutely stunned by Mr. Gagnon's dedication to providing myself of his time and efforts!!! This agent deserves serious Kudos from his employer!!!

  Worst company and worst customer service. Most annoying is their direction on google map for the address on 8147 Aviation Rd, Garson. If I could, I would rate them zero.
