  Yesterday I visited this location and had the best customer service experience from an employee (customer service rep) Vidhi. She was very patient and took the time to walk me throught the entier process. Here listening skills were excellent and was able to repond to all my quaries. I wish her all the best. Great attitude.

  Just had an amazing experience with Fed Ex Pick Up. Our courier was so kind and patient. Jawad was able to assist me with a mistake I had made and made me feel confident and comfortable with the whole process. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to go out of his way to make this shipment possible. Thank you so much for the wonderful service! He really made my day!

  For a year purolator has delivered my medication, this is the first time this location for fedex has done it, and the first time I’ve had any issues. They didn’t ring the doorbell - which is super easy to do, they attempted 3 times to deliver and never called or rang the bell. I was home all 3 days. The pharmacy had to make special request to make sure they contact me upon arrival, they never did. This is a special medication that requires cold temperatures and I have to take it on a specific schedule. I ended up having to drive all the way to pick it up, and it was warm by the time I got it. Your employees are incompetent. It’s not difficult to ring a bell or call when you have my number.

  Google map makes you go where fed ex trucks go. Do not go in the gate. There is a parking nest to the entrance close to the street

  It just a small FedEx shipping centre. Mainly to drop off parcels to be mailed. Only a few parking spots, and only one employee working when I entered. There really isn't much more to add
