  There was an issue with my label for a package to be shipped overnight that I was dropping off and Patrick was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I’d go back to this official FedEx store for any important shipment.

  Every time a package is being shipped to me through FedEx, I hope it isn't coming from the Markham center. Every single time, the experience is worse than the last. What is most frustrating is that there appears to be no accountability for the disrespectful behavior and dishonesty of some delivery personnel. Customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and honesty, yet my repeated experiences have been the exact opposite.

  I went this afternoon to this location, the staff don't know what are they doing, they said oh we don't send to your destination (I told them I sent the same documents to the same destination 2 months ago) and apparently they find out that yes they send to that destination.. Then they told me it cost over $200 for a small piece of ID that I sent the same one to the same destination for $80 I just left the office apparently I will get my documents lost with them

  Yesterday I visited this location and had the best customer service experience from an employee (customer service rep) Vidhi. She was very patient and took the time to walk me throught the entier process. Here listening skills were excellent and was able to repond to all my quaries. I wish her all the best. Great attitude.
