  Shame on you! No respect for customer's time. Followed tracking, item said it would arrive today (Saturday). Got a call in the morning with a delivery window and that a signature would be required to release the package. Stayed home all day to get said package (on a holiday weekend). With time running out (from the delivery window), I called to reconfirm they were indeed coming today. Again, was told my delivery would come and was asked to stay patient. An hour after the delivery window passed we see this truck DRIVE BY (down a quiet street, so no, not where numerous fedex trucks would be). Called again and now told my package would be here on Tuesday!!!! Complete BS! Stayed home all day for nothing plus looks like the delivery driver just bypassed our house without even making an attempt. FedEx doesn't give a crap what happens, there is no accountability with them and you are basically at their mercy. Now they hold my package hostage for 3 more days.

  They were so rude lied because they didn’t wanna do their job and then wouldn’t even let me use their phone. We will never be using FedEx again

  In the past 2 years I don’t think I’ve had one shipment arrive on time and they constantly seem to have issues with their tracking. They’re as bad as Canada Post.
