In the past 2 years I don’t think I’ve had one shipment arrive on time and they constantly seem to have issues with their tracking. They’re as bad as Canada Post.

Large FedEx truck depot with compact customer service location (package drop off) tucked into the East side of the building. Adjacent to large parking lot. Only one customer vehicle entrance from Harvie Road. No traffic lights, minimal roadside signage. Easy to miss the entrance when driving on Harvie Road.

Shame on FedEx Canada.
I have a shipment from RBC that was shipped from just 50 km away from my home, yet somehow the package is now sitting in Barrie.
Last month, the same thing happened with my wife’s RBC shipment. The tracking system falsely showed “3 failed delivery attempts” claiming nobody was at the apartment. There was no door tag, no buzzer call, no phone call, and no proof of delivery attempt — only a random picture of the box sitting inside a vehicle. In the end, I had to drive nearly 180 km to collect something that originated just 50 km away. And the customer service attendant my call told that they spoke with a staff named Judi at station 1 . And it’s there to pick up. Because of the previous customer service experience I double confirm it and showed up to pick up after a 180 km drive. Unfortunately the staffs were not happy and they told me that the staff was the customer service representative spoke is left for the day so I have to came back next day. I lost my temper then after 10 mins argument someone ready to track my shipment number and got my package. I thought it’s because of my bad faith but it’s happening now again means FedEx has to fix something
Now it’s happening again. This time, I ignored the RBC email thinking the package would arrive normally, only to find out two weeks later that it’s been sitting in Barrie the whole time.
Shame on FedEx and this broken tracking system. Even worse is the hopeless customer service that gives no real answers or support.

I paid a lot of extra money for overnight delivery because I had some thing that needed to be there in the next day. I received two emails confirming that it would be there the next day. I woke up on the day that it was supposed to be delivered to an email saying it would not be delivered until the following day by 5 PM. I went on live chat with customer service after being on hold for about 15 minutes. I finally got an agent. I explained my situation gave them all the information they needed and basically they said yes it’s going to be delivered tomorrow. Is there anything else I can help you with. I said this is not OK. I paid extra money for it to be there today And should at least get some kind of partial refund. He said this is nonrefundable. This is incredibly frustrating. Will never use FedEx again.
