  This is an incredible frustrating location to deal with. They attempted one delivery while we weren’t home and left a tag saying they would make another attempt the next business day. However, the tracking information never updated after that. When we called a few days later, the representative was dismissive and not helpful at all. We were told we had to drive an hour each way to pick up the package, or it would be sent back… with no second delivery attempt. On top of that, the pickup location is only open from 1pm–4pm, which makes it nearly impossible for anyone employed.

  I would give a negative star if I could. The level of contempt shown for customers is staggering, rivaling CanadaPost for their utter disregard for communication and meeting scheduled deliveries. I waited in all day (and evening) for a Friday, by 8pm delivery of an urgently needed purchase, which never arrived. No updates, no communication and now no staff until Monday. From now on I will insist my suppliers send by any other way than FedEx.
