  My package was due between 9:40 and 2:20 pm yesterday, so I made sure to be home today as well. However, at 4:30 PM, an email arrived showing my front door and claiming the delivery failed. There was no communication or attempt to deliver; I contacted the office, no one bothered to answer the calls, and I've been waiting for their call. Terrible service.

  It was good, however not a very convenient location with it being in the far back corner of a large business park.

  The pick-up counter is on the back side of the building. Have your tracking number, and of course your ID, ready when you go here. You may not get service with your ID alone, for reasons.

  Never once have I had a package delivered correctly by FedEx. It will say “ out for delivery” and not arrive until days later or be delivered to the wrong address.

  Another delayed delivery . FedEx got my package out for delivery at 7am. Waiting till 1130pm .then the FedEx app tells me it's going to be delivered next day. This is the 2nd time happened to my order from a merchant abroad. If I have a choice to who deliver my package certainly not you FedEx but its the merchants only delivery option. 2nd late delivery to the same merchant If there was a negative star rating I would choose that, you dont even deserve a 1 star rating.
