  Shippers or receivers , beware, if I were you and gonna ship a parcel, I would find another shipper service like UPS or purolator, i had a package shipped from Fresno, California and I did priority shipping. So it cost me $275 in some odd cents. I didn't really look at the receipt, and it was supposed to be there a day or 2 days and at the end of it, I had to go to FedEx. And argue with them about it was my parcel i had to show the attendant my credit card statement showing that I paid the duties in taxes on it. And when I called the customer service line, the lady that I got, i'm sorry, but honestly if you can't speak english to somebody, you should take an english course.I'm not racist by any means, but man.If you cannot speak english, you should not work in customer service., and I had to go pick it up myself. And it cost still cost me 275.+/- cents. And I realize they took me for my money, and still, I had to go pick up my own package. This is the worst shipping company. I think in the world I thought Loomis was, but FedEx or FedUp is take the number one lead. I think they should be removed out of the province of New Brunswick, because they are junk. I thought that we were gonna deliver my parcel.They even drove by my house and still didn't deliver it. Customers beware.!!!

  Live in Fredericton, nb, had to drive 12 km. , on way to,pick up package, not acceptable. Fredericton has many drop off locations,closer. With more than a daily hour too be open, no good for this veteran. Thank you David Update==Went to pickup my package in the industrial park and it wasn’t there, for some reason it ended up @ Kent’s , but my card said industrial park, not Kent’s.. So, finally got it. Sort yourselves out, it’s not difficult, Please & Thank you FedEx

  As many others have said, the pick-up hours for FedEx are absurd, 1 hour a day for pick-ups at a facility located out in the middle of an industrial park and the delivery driver gives no notice of pickup hours nor does their website. I had to read the reviews to find this out. So ---you are left with a service that shows up sometime between dawn and dusk (when most people are at work)--without prior notice--demanding a signature for the delivery and with a window for pickup: weekdays for the hour between 430 and 530pm. The note left by the driver not providing this information but being sure to warn that you have five days before it will be returned to sender. Only an U.S company. I would never recommend this shipper -- stay as far away as possible.

  It surprises me that they can only be open for an hour, 4:30pm to 5:30pm on weekdays, if you miss you delivery. There are many other FedEx locations in Fredericton that would be much better spot to have customer pickup their orders.

  I would give this 0 star if i could. Fedex after 10 years still does not deliver outside city limits in a timely fashion whatsoever... Package from texas makes it to this location in 36 hours then it sits for 7 days with no updates from anyone or their tracking
