  I ordered a package in another country on February 27 and the expected delivery date was March 5, which turned to march 13, 14, 15,16... it is now march 18 and expected to arrive on March 19. The package is 2 weeks late and after calling 5 times at FEDEX they just told me where the package was and were being very not helpful. I will not even get a discount on duties For being late. I also called today to get it pick up but they didnt even take it out of the truck. I'm very frustrated Fedex has been the worst service i ever had. I attached a photo to show proof that the package wasnt move for almost a week from pickup.

  I visited the office at Moncton airport. The lady was polite but couldn't answer any questions I had. She couldn't give me any price options, size options, what I could and couldn't send, she literally had no knowledge at all. Not sure why she was on a customer service desk.

  They left my package in the snow bank on the side of the road. Also they must not heat their warehouse or trucks because anything temperature sensitive is destroyed on arrival.
