  fedex and certainly this center is very reliable at not delivering packages on time. It has never mattered if I have an overnight delivery or a basic delivery option, its going to get to me or to where its going whenever fedex decides to maybe think about the job they are assigned to do. Save your money and use Canada post or DHL.

  In 2 years of living here Fedex has never been able to successfully ship anything to my address. This time, after yet another failed attempt at a delivery (during a time when I was home waiting for it of course) I requested to drop my package at a specific location near my place… it ended up here, next to the airport instead. This is not the first time this has happened either. Terrible service, businesses should stop forcing us to use this when there are better options out there.

  I’m only giving this to the pretty, blonde, young lady who has helped me twice in person. Other than her, my experience with the delivery people has been extremely disappointing. Packages are frequently misplaced or left right in the middle of the entrance where anyone could easily take them. Deliveries are also rarely on time. I really appreciate the service she has provided, but unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the others.

  The driver didn't even make an attempt to find my house, and instead marked my package as "delivery exception - wrong address". The address WAS correct, and calling customer service to confirm my address wasn't even worth it because you're just talking to an automated voice that won't do anything. Eventually my package was marked to be picked up at the Sargent location. I had to go out of my way AFTER WORK just to pick up a package, thanks to your incompetent delivery drivers that don't even bother to double check someone's home address. The funny thing is that all the other couriers I've used have no issues with finding my address. Even Amazon went out of their way to call me asking where my house was, and I gave the delivery driver directions on where to go so he could deliver my parcel! I'm not going to use Fedex again. I'll be contacting the company who uses this courier to deliver to consider using something else, because I don't think I can trust these guys to deliver my parcels anymore.

  Call out to everyone for action! Contact the sellers your buying a product from and request that they use a different delivery company. They do terrible work and sellers need to be aware of this. Here is what I sent one of the sellers: Hi, Thank you for your quick response. You seem to be a well managed company. Our issue is with the delivery company FedEx. For 9 years, they have been delivering our packages to the wrong address. We have contacted them endless times to report the issue, we have filed inquiries and gone in person to the depot to address the issue. Nothing has ever changed. We picked up your wonderful planters at the wrong address and those residents have been helpful with us. We ask that you consider using a different delivery company or give your future buyers the option of using other companies as some sellers do. There are many customers in Winnipeg that have issues with FedEx as you can easily see in our local google reviews. I hope you will consider my request as I will give your planters an excellent review and recommend your product…and would hate for others to have a bad experience with delivery.
