The worst experience with an online order with home delivery service. I paid for the order on April 24th, and delivery was scheduled for May 8th. On the appointed day, my husband and I were at home, and at 9:15 a.m. I received an email from FedEx saying the delivery was unsuccessful because he wasn't home. Really? No one rang the doorbell, knocked, or called my cell phone, and as it turned out later, there wasn't even a sticker from the company on the door. Apparently, the courier took the easy way out - mark the status as not home, and didn't even attempt to deliver. I wasted four days of my life and a huge amount of energy and nerves trying to find out where my package was delivered!!! The customer service is terrible; without installing the app on your phone, the tracking doesn't show the address where to pick up the package, only the city. And there are about 15 FedEx branches in the city. I went to the one closest to my house - the man there told me he couldn't help me - I should call the hotline. When I got home, I found out that my package had been taken to the branch where I had just been!!!! And he didn't even ask for the tracking number and didn't lift a finger to help me in any way. So today, I took the bus and picked up the order myself. Now the question is: who will compensate me for my wasted nerves and the money I paid for home delivery? Terrible service, I'm shocked!
