  damn AI bots, no real person to reach. Nothing on their menu applied to me, and when I kept insisting on speaking with a real person, the damn bot just hangs up on me. "for your convenience", they have cel options. Oh, how "convenient", to be too cheap and lazy to pay for real staff to deal with clients.

  All the bad reviews are mainly directed at failed deliveries. This location is great for shipping, service is quick and efficient.

  May 16, 2026 @ 4:10 pm. This driver is driving really wreckless, almost hit my car, he has been moving wreckless across the knight st bridge, turning into the merging lane to cut off 6 cars. I think you should get your drivers off the road, or else someone will get hurt he is driving like it’s his last shift.

  Very poor courier. Worst of the bunch. I sit at home all day waiting for package that says 10am-2pm delivery window. So I go out at 5pm and sure enough they ring me up. I ask to reroute to a pick up location as I'm no longer home to sign for a package, after they missed their delivery window by 2 hours. Then it sits on the truck unscanned with zero progress "our for delivery" for 4 days. Called help centre and they keep saying, just wait one more day. Day after day. What a joke. It's been 1 week since the package was sent from Richmond to Vancouver with no delivery estimate in sight.
