  This is a terrible company—I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. I sent one of my packages, and they sent it back without refunding my money. The second time, I went to their pickup location to collect the package, but it turned out it was at a different address.

  I received a fake email from someone posing as Fedex and when I attended their office I found out the email was fake and not generated by Fedex. The agent searched their files on their computers which saved me from having to hunt down a pkg that the email said couldn't be delivered. My pkg arrived later that day by another service and badly damaged.This was the second fake email the agent discovered that day that was not generated by Fedex. I appreciated his efforts.

  Possibly THE WORST courier compny in the world. Many times now, I have asked for updates on my assumed lost package. Monday, 1/26/26 4:37 AM Shipment information sent to FedEx Thursday, 1/29/26 5:36 PM Picked up CASTINEIRA ES Friday, 1/30/26 4:19 PM International shipment release - Export MADRID ES Saturday, 1/31/26 3:50 PM Arrived at FedEx hub ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE CEDEX FR AND STOPPED IN CDG PARIS FOR 8 X DAYS???????? Then went to Memphis and STOPPED FOR ANOTHER 8 X DAYS???? Tracking requests are a joke. it's a book.. weighs 1.1lbs.. and the person designated to track it for you sends you an email to say they have been allocated the task of finding it.... on the 19th Feb. NOTHING further .. date today is 23 Feb... It will be 1 X MONTH in two days time. FEDEX... this is disgusting!
