My package was delivered to the wrong address this morning - after leaving a note online the driver quickly returned, recovered the package from the home owner and promptly delivered it to me. This could have been a very frustrating experience however this driver was honest and quickly resolved the issue. Thank you.

Horrible experience. I'd much rather walk my documents to Ottawa than use fedex again.
1st shipment: documents sent, i got charged twice. Resolving a false charge took more than a month. I've called support like 5 times and every-time obtained the same reply "we will put a note on your case". Finally a month later i got my money back.
2nd shipment: things happen, i trusted fedex again. Got a false quote and sent in my documents with fedex... 7 months go by i get a note from collectors saying theres an outstanding balance. Guess what i got double charged again!
Absolute garbage! I'd trust a pigeon with my delivery way better than you!
