  Caught the delivery driver posting a note to the door of my building stating he had my package and tried to reach me but failed. He never tried to reach me and when I approached him to ask for my package he told me he didn't even have it in his van so the notice was a double lie! Called to get assistance and they told me they couldn't do anything. I paid for a service they did not provide and even LIED about it. Now I have to travel to pick up my package. MANY times I have received these notices stating they tried to reach my but failed so I had to go pick up my package but the driver NEVER tried to contact me.

  These people are absolutely terrible at what they do. They left a tag on the first attempt that told me to pick up from the location. So I did. They put it back on the truck that morning anyway. So I went home and waited. No buzz, no tag and another failed attempt. Now I have to wait over the long weekend to get my time sensitive package. This all cost me over $90 dollars by the way. The only thing that makes sense is that the driver gets paid per delivery attempt, so they intentionally don’t try to actually get you your package. I wish there was an option for negative stars.

  Delivery person said they couldn't find my house and made me take time out of mine and my mother's day to go pick up the order. We had another delivery a few days ago and they found the house just fine. If the delivery person was that lost, why didn't they bother to call and ask us for directions when they have our phone number? Obviously they just didn't want to do their job. If we wanted to go pick the item up, we would've picked it up from the original store in the first place. The whole point of this order was to have it delivered. When we asked for immediate redelivery since it's urgent that we get this item, they also couldn't guarantee that we would have the item redelivered immediately. Absolutely ridiculous.
