  I can’t receive a package in my door due to their incompetence to follow delivery instructions and can’t neither modify to pick up at location, what a miserable service, if you hire DHL or Canada Post are far better service, unfortunately I didn’t choose this company but another one that hired FedEx services to deliver

  The level of their incompetence is seriously impressive. If you can avoid using fedex for your deliveries I recommend it at all costs. I ordered a package (paid for express shipping), fedex delivered my package, got my partner to sign for it as I wasn’t home, and then returned 5 minutes later and argued with my partner that he needed the package back because it was at the wrong address when it very clearly was at the correct address. He refused to leave and kept arguing with my partner even though he tried to tell him several times this is the correct package and correct address. Eventually my partner gave up and returned the package to the very demanding driver. We haven’t seen the package since and the following morning fedex marked it as delivered, the delivery details said it was delivered day before and signed for by my partner. Basically their driver stole my package and Fedex hasn’t cared to respond to any of my inquiries.

  It’s been a week they supposed to deliver a package and I haven’t received it yet. First they gave me wrong address to pick up, Then they called they will deliver. After 2 days, they delivered partially and the main piece left! I called them and said we have to wait till they deliver. When? I don’t know. Very messed up and annoying
