  What a ridiculous waste of time, stood in line for an hour just to be told that my delivery notice was wrong and my package wouldn’t be available today, even though they confirmed it was in the back. I will never order anything that is delivered by fedex ever again, this company deserves to go out of business.

  3 counters, only one working and helping customers. Many more at the back taking break. 1 customer at the counter, 1 in front of me and I was second in the line. 15 minutes wait just to drop off.

  It's there when you need it. Although I prefer doing my own packing slips myself, they know how to help.
