  Didn't have the greatest experience. Was called on Thursday at 2:38pm to schedule a delivery time on Friday. I was given a window of 8am - 12pm on Friday. I received a call on Friday morning at 10:56am with the same question to schedule my order. I asked about what we discussed the previous day and there was no record or schedule of this. Lots of apologies etc. but when esculated to the manager, he was able to come up with a solution. He scheduled the order for Friday afternoon. After asking him how this could have happened and why no form of confirmation is given when scheduling he said "the person who called you doesn't do scheduling". I don't know why the person calling me to schedule a delivery isn't supposed be scheduling. Still a mystery to me. All in all a poor experience but at least the manager did his best to resolve the situation. Side note, I took the day off and waited for it and it eventually was delivered at 12:45pm. Better communication and documentation with more accountability of roles would easily fix this in the future.

  I gave them 1 star, because you can't post with zero stars. I have never met with a company so incomparably inept. The telephone 'service' is appalling. Shocking. The staff are very poorly trained, completely incapable of problem solving, and simply repeat what I assume is a written script they are handed. "Yes. I understand you are upset Miss Janice. Your file says your package will be delivered by Monday". So I asked "does that mean it will possibly be delivered Saturday or Sunday? Because that's what 'BY Monday' implies." "No Miss Janice we are not open on weekends. "Riiiight. So even though I phoned yesterday when you left a note on my door during business hours and the person I spoke with made a note on my file that the parcel must be delivered after 4pm today, your delivery driver didn't bother reading the note and tried to deliver it at 1:16 today when I was at work. Where is my package and what time is "the end of day delivery today, because that message was left on my tracking number file when I called at 4 today?" "Yes we tried to deliver your parcel today. " "Yes, but not at 4pm as was noted in my file. Where is my package? What time is it coming?" "I'll make a note on your file MIss Janice that it must be delivered after 4 pm." "I'm sorry. I must be hallucinating. There WAS a note on my file from my phone call YESTERDAY that it was supposed to be delivered at 4pm TODAY and that didn't work DID IT???!!!" "Yes we tried to deliver your parcel today." This surreal exchange went on for 12 minutes. At that point I was nearly shrieking at the poor "customer service" agent who clearly doesn't read, write or speak English beyond repeating the four sentences in the script. I'm just astonished that this company is still in business. They must do well on first time customers. I can't imagine anyone would trust them twice. I never will again. Never. Next call is to the Better Business Bureau. What a farce.
