  I live in an apartment building and I always wait for them to call me to come out and pick up my packages, but they never call and I always have to go to the store to get them. This is the third time this has happened.

  I received an automated call on Friday morning from FedEx saying my package would be delivered on Saturday. There were no updates until Monday, when the tracking showed it would arrive that day, and someone had to stay home to sign for it. Pathetic service.

  The worst courier! My package was delivered to a wrong address for the second time. I’ve never had a problem with other couriers except FedEx. It’s always them. They marked the status as delivered but didn’t even indicate which address they delivered it to. Very disappointing!

  Stated i needed by a specific date showed up 3 days late. Then 2 months later I received a 200$ bill in the mail. I paid shipping when I sent the first letter why am I being charged for you not delivering by the date I said it needed to be delivered by.
