Save your customers some time And energy and put proper notifications if location will be closed for civic holiday Your phone service calls and tells me to pick up on monday, Your google maps location lists as open When I Get to the address And physical sign on the door saying your closed. How is that helpfulful to anyone who is already coming. Would save peoples time and energy if your notifications werent giving conflicting information.

When it comes to upgrading your Rogers services, returning old equipment is the biggest hassle! CUT to chase, I gave up waiting for an email to come from Rogers and drove to FedEx to see if they could help me. They did, hence the 5 star rating. Within a few minutes, everything was resolved, thanks to hands-on service at the front counter. Five stars for FedEx. Zero stars for Rogers.

Save yourself the massive headache and do not use FedEx for international mail. Trying to send a single letter with a bank draft turned into a nightmarish ordeal of mandatory account setups, endless system errors that didn't explain how to fix them, and vague "price estimates" instead of actual rates. Their system treats a simple paper document like a commercial freight shipment. I gave up, went to DHL, and was done in minutes. FedEx’s international system is completely broken and user-unfriendly.

This FedEx Ship Centre is essentially a larger version of a Canada Post depot, and just slightly above competent. If you’re returning anything heavy, be prepared to unload it yourself, although staff will meet you at the loading bay with a dolly to move it inside. One thing to be aware of is that the newer FedEx waybills don’t correspond with the older versions. If you’re printing multiple labels, make sure you know which is which before sealing your waybills into the plastic waybill holders. I had to reopen a couple of waybill holders after realizing the labels were jumbled. Another task left to the consumer with no help from the counter. For partnering with a company the size of Wayfair, and considering the exorbitant return charges, this process should be much simpler. I don’t care who is making the money on the return—the fees are absolutely atrocious, and both FedEx and Wayfair share some responsibility for creating a better customer experience.
