  FedEx left a notice saying they tried to drop off a package. Then they did the next day too and left an address on Aero Dr in Calgary to pick it up. So we drive all the way into Calgary from Langdon for them to tell us they will be trying to deliver it again! They didnt say that on the notice they left the day before! So twice we had to go all the way into Calgary when they should have dropped the damn package off in Langdon at the Black Dragon drop off!! Honestly why in the hell didnt they drop it off in Langdon???????????

  I went in here to drop a package to my friend. It was my first time with FedEx and cant say enough of how horrible was the customer service from staff named David. Lack of customer service skills and ability to answer customer queries or looks like just exhausted from work. No customer deserve that kind of service which ruins their whole day just because you choose to treat them in the way you did. The other two staff looks quite good with their dealings towards customer but David may be needs re training or work on his behavior.

  Came here to drop a package and was assisted by David at front counter. Super unfriendly service. If someone walks in cause they are there for first time shipping, they might have questions. Please have a better attitude answering them so customers feels comfortable and informed. Everytime i ask a question, I was being looked upon like I am at his mercy. Had no other option nearby and obviously cant come back all the way for the same thing. So had to deal with this. But I hope the management knows this and cant be only me saying that so hope management does something to improve this. Cant write enough of how terrible of the service was delivered by David.
