  I was having trouble finding a packaging system large enough for my uniquely sized item for shipping. Luckily Jay went above and beyond and constructed a custom box to accommodate my item. It took a lot of tape and time, but he did it. Thanks Jay!

  Great smooth experience today. Was helped by Ani who was personable and patient with me trying to ship important item back to Vancouver. Definitely recommend this location for shipping needs.

  Driver claims to have attempted delivery at 6:10 pm (already 3 hours late). Paid $20 extra to have it here today by 3 pm. Of course there is no refund for their mistakes. The driver had to buzz our apt number to get in our building which goes direct to my cell. We sat here all day with the phone no more than 6 inches away at all times so we wouldn't miss delivery. It never rang and the driver never left a tag to say they tried. It was a wedding gift for my wife so I'm not impressed. We are both disabled and now have to load a wheelchair and a walker to go pick it up. Worst drivers in the industry. This is coming from a 30 year career delivery driver. Not happy !!!

  They say they tried to deliver my package and no one was home. I was in a lawn chair sitting on the front lawn. FedEx did not come. Why would you pay for a delivery service that doesn't actually deliver to you?

  Worst fedex ever. Can’t even talk to someone about my package why am I talking to talk system can’t ever get through to talk to a real person never again will I order from FedEx
