  I don’t know how these clowns are permitted to use the word delivery in any of their documentation. they don’t actually deliver anything. thanks for the door tag so i can go get my package myself.

  useless shipping service, playing "Pass the Flower" game among all the stores, i.e., staples to ship center, ship center to drop box, drop box to another so-called warehouse, making it unable to pick up the package. One staff has directly admitted that "we cannot locate your package at this time". I appreciate the stupid honesty and will never use calgary fedex again.
