  useless shipping service, playing "Pass the Flower" game among all the stores, i.e., staples to ship center, ship center to drop box, drop box to another so-called warehouse, making it unable to pick up the package. One staff has directly admitted that "we cannot locate your package at this time". I appreciate the stupid honesty and will never use calgary fedex again.
