  It was my first time in a MAC store last week and Nya was so helpful! She colour matched a foundation to me and gave a sample of it and a primer to try out for my convocation. She was so kind and joyful and made my experience 10x better!

  I love the Mac store the friendly staff are so caring and helpful. My preference for cosmetics is definitely Mac. The store also has a nice clean atmosphere. Jordan is absolutely awesome.

  Purchased an item for my wife. During the purchase the Manager Tia said their computer "glitched " and the transaction didn't go through. I paid with interac, checked my bank record, and it did go through. Tia said it has happened " often" and in a few days my money would be refunded. It has been 3 weeks now and no return. We have spoken to the manager Tia several times and she has done nothing to rectify this. Talked to MAC as well and they have been no help. My bank is investigating but in the meantime we received NO product yet were charged for it. Worst customer service imaginable, very poor management. This has the feel of a scam for out of town customers. Will not purchase anything from MAC again.

  The artist that helped me was friendly and fast, didn't push any products on me which was awesome I left with everything I needed and a few complimentary items.
