From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely welcomed, valued, and understood. Jordan’s product knowledge is incredible—she expertly helped me navigate their selection to find the absolute best products for my needs without any pressure. Beyond her incredible professionalism and skill, her warmth and kindness truly made the appointment feel like a luxury experience.   I went during the sale and Christopher went above and beyond in helping me. I got to try a variety of products and they have helped me with a lot of patience, expertise and grace despite the boutique being packed full of equally demanding customers. I have stopped by a couple of times since and I’ve always taken the time to notice how good Christopher is at what they do and for creating a safe and inviting environment for each and every person they interacted with. I remember a time when MAC had a stigma for being less inviting for newbies such as myself. I’m glad that isn’t the case anymore thanks to the efforts of each makeup artist such as Christopher. So hey MAC if you’re reading this please give Christopher a well deserved raise or like a commercial or something :)

  L’endroit où aller pour recevoir de bons conseils professionnels! Je suis passée au magasin à la fin d’une journée de travail et j’ai été accueillie par Shawn, qui a pris le temps de bien comprendre mon problème afin de me proposer des solutions personnalisées. Je n’ai ressenti aucune pression à acheter tous les produits et outils recommandés, mais comme je n’avais rien de similaire à la maison, j’ai finalement tout pris! Et je ne le regrette absolument pas, je suis entièrement satisfaite de mes achats et mon maquillage reste beau jusqu’à la fin de la journée. Merci Shawn pour les excellents conseils et le service attentionné!

  I always get excellent service at this location. It's never been crazy crowded or overstimulating. Great product as well.
