Les produits sont d'excellente qualité et je n'ai jamais été déçue. Les deux conseillères sont très gentilles, professionnelles et attentives aux besoins de la clientèle. Elles connaissent parfaitement les produits. C'est toujours un plaisir d'y faire mes achats. Je recommande vivement cette boutique !

I kept speaking in English and she kept responding in French, I felt quite disrespected to be honest. I’ve had such great experiences at other Occitanes (Royalmount and Westmount) so this was really disappointing.
