  Je fréquentais souvent le Brow Bar d'Anjou et depuis que c'est Fadwa Z. qui son occupe je suis plus que satisfaite de chacune de mes visites. Elle n'est jamais en retard, elle est à l'écoute et vraiment gentille. J'apprécie beaucoup !

  Je suis allée au Brow Bar Benefit chez Sephora pour faire mes sourcils. À mon arrivée, mon rendez-vous n’était pas dans le système donc j’ai dû attendre environ 40 minutes pendant qu’une autre cliente passait avant moi. Malgré ça, la technicienne a été vraiment gentille et professionnelle. Elle a pris son temps pour bien faire mes sourcils et je suis très contente du résultat. Elle m’a même offert un masque pour s’excuser de l’attente, ce que j’ai trouvé très attentionné.

  I had a disappointing experience at the Sephora Anjou Benefit Brow Bar. I had a brow wax appointment on Sept 24, 2025 at 2:45pm with Kaouthar M, and even received a reminder email the same day. When I arrived, no one was at the brow bar, and staff couldn’t give me answers until I went to the cash register where the manager told me the brow expert hadn’t shown up. This was my first visit at this location, and as a loyal customer of other Benefit brow bars, I was frustrated that no one informed me in advance and my time was wasted. Edit: I emailed Benefit Cosmetics Customer Care 2 times (on September 26th and October 9th) and have not received a response.

  Karen is the absolute best when it comes to brows! I used to be super nervous about brow services until it met Karen. She is someone who you can trust and who will listen to what you want. I highly recommend the brow tint as well!! It made my eyebrows thicker and fuller. In all, if you're looking to tweeze, wax or tint your brows, Karen is your gal!
