  Alexis was very professional and I love my eye brows. However, this was my first time in a Sephora getting waxed and I must say, the chair is VERY uncomfortable. I wasn't impressed that I had to get waxed in front of the entire store. I was expecting a little room in the back. Especially for the price I paid!!! Being in the beauty business myself, I feel very bad for all your wax people having to bend over like that for long periods of time. The waxer was very professional but the place itself not so much. The only reason I'd go back is for Alexis. Other than that, Im not going back
