  I've been wearing MAC products since I was a teenager and they've been a staple in my pro-MUA kit for a long time as well. I've been to MAC stores all over the world and consistently the one here in Windsor has always been the most friendly, personable and helpful. Even when they were just a booth in The Bay, the team here has always been good. Unlike other stores (cough Toronto cough) who's staff acts like they're better than you and won't give you the time of day, Windsor's store goes above and beyond to find what you need. I was helped today by Alex and she was an absolute gem! She was funny and warm but also honest about what colours suited me best instead of prioritizing the sale no matter what. It felt like shopping with a friend. I love that. Keep it up, girlfriend! Hope to be back soon.

  I was extremely disappointed to learn the other day that one of my favorite items was no longer available for purchase. Madison went above and beyond and exceeded the expectations of customer service to help me out and ensure I left completely satisfied. She should be a role model to all in exceptional customer service excellence!! Thank you Madison, you truly made my day! ❤️

  I had to come here to rave about Jojo . I went in looking for help with multiple issues with makeup and aging skin/eyes. Jojo helped me find the exact concealers , she gave me her honest opinions and rebuilt my makeup to give me the best tools and makeup that I needed. She took her time with me while helping others . I walked out feeling lifted and more confident . She is a gem

  Amazing experience, they are very polite, professional and friendly.I love shopping at this location, great advice on make up by makeup specialists Nadine , Fiona ,Jo Jo. Manager maddie is the BEST!
