  I had my first-ever brow tint, shape, and lamination at the Sephora Beauty Bar in Conestoga Mall (Waterloo), and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Sophie was absolutely fantastic—she took the time to understand what I wanted, explained each step so I felt completely comfortable, and her attention to detail was next level. My brows have never looked this full, defined, and natural at the same time. She truly transformed them without making them look overdone. As someone with thinner, uneven brows, I was a bit nervous going in—but I left feeling so confident. If you’re on the fence about trying brow lamination or tinting for the first time, this is 100% the place to go, and Sophie is the person you want.
