She took the time to explain the products and techniques, demonstrated an impressive understanding of brow shaping and mature skin, and made the entire experience both informative and enjoyable. What truly stood out was her commitment to customer service. Maddie delivered the kind of personalized, thoughtful service that should be the standard in retail but is becoming increasingly rare.   I will never go to anyone else for my brows! Sophie is a perfectionist and does the best job every single time. I don’t and will never go anywhere else to get my brows done. I do l wish she could offer more services, including a lash lift! She will be amazing at it.
