  I've been here multiple times and all the staff that I've interacted with have been helpful. They are also AMAZING with shade matching if you are coloured skin aswell! After many years now I have been successfully shade matched and can switch from my other foundation! Thank you :)

  Alyssia was an absolute gem and helped me with tips for blush and concealer placement. Just the nicest and informative artist I've had going to MAC. This location is one the nicest MAC Cosmetics retail spots and the large window at the front really helps you see how your make up is going to look in different lighting.

  Omg , terrible service First off I will acknowledge that we did not realize that the shop was closing and we just walked in off the street. Upon our arrival we were welcomed with a cold greeting from Pam, I totally understand your hours of operation but please let us know if we were entering the facility past that and we would have gladly come back an the appropriate time but we were welcomed and asked if we needed any help, so to me I would think I would have time to shop for a min. Pam only served rude tones and snarky comments from the beginning, i honestly had my neck whipping back at the counter to some of the things she’d say, especially cause she was speaking with mom ! I was ready to leave the second she started speaking to us like that but my mom needed a couple things and did not want her to feel rushed. The other person working was lovely (I did not get their name), but felt like they were being extra nice because of how her coworker was behaving towards us. Giving us genuine answers to our questions about the products unlike Pam who’s answers were shallow I really enjoy Mac’s products and the service usually, but today just took me back by surprise and I hope Pam can learn from this poor experience
