  I came in to store today and was helped by an employee name Beck or Becca. I can’t remember but she was the sweetest! She helped me find an angle brush similar to what I have. Also, gave me a sample. I came to Mac few days after giving birth and honestly this location was welcoming! Customer service is +++

  I love Jay! She is amazing person who helped me out with a lot of beautiful shades of red lipstick and liner. So far she is the best. I definitely recommend her for any kind of suggestion! She is the Best

  I come to Toronto to visit family at least once a year. I’ve tried to purchase makeup from this store the past 2 years in a row. My mom and I were both prepared to buy lipsticks and eyeshadows this time. We stood in the store for a long time (5-10 mins) without being greeted or acknowledged by the 2 employees. The employees were with other customers. I understand that, but we didn’t even get a “hey, we’ll be with you in a few minutes!” I don’t like seeing my family member feel like they weren’t helped because they were too old and plain faced that day. I don’t think that was your intention but I wanted to leave this review in case it’s happened to others.

  the older gentleman working seemed very passive aggressive to customers. he asked a lady if she needed help and when she said she was just looking to get a colour match, he responded with: as you can see, everyone is currently busy. when he was cashing me out, he asked if i needed a bag, i politely said no thank you. he curtly responded saying its just part of customer service. his attitude just seemed unnecessary
