  A staff member named Kate went above and beyond to find me what I was looking for and helped me to locate it elsewhere when it was not available at this location. Everyone was so kind and helpful

  Went in looking for foundation brush, still on the quest for one as I went unassisted . Four associates in store, two were with customers while the other two didn’t even acknowledge me or even said hello. Quite sad as acknowledging people is the bare minimum, however with the lack of acknowledgement you can swatch a couple of colours and just kinda figure out what you like.

  Customer service was 10/10 MAC! I do wish MAC had more people on the floor just so the beauty advisors didn’t have to bounce between people. I came out purchasing a lot (got the new tote cause I purchased so much). I bought a blush even though I just thought I was going in for a lip combo. Shireen helped me and she was AMAZING! So attentive to detail and patient as I was listing out the colour combos I found on TikTok. She also recommended a really great pinky nude combo that worked for my skin tone.

  I had my wedding makeup done at MAC by Pranav, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, they were thoughtful, kind, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable during such an important day. The makeup itself was absolutely beautiful, it felt like me, just elevated in the best way. Everything lasted so well and photographed perfectly throughout the day. You can tell Pranav truly cares about their clients and puts a lot of attention into their work. Thank you again for helping make my wedding day feel so special. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  If youre at Eaton Centre and need some make up, go to this MAC and look for Marina! She is absolutely fabulous, so supportive and friendly. Went with a friend who was in need of make up. We didn’t have enough time for a full lesson but she was so so helpful. She provided different options and colors and my friend was so so happy. She wanted a natural look for an upcoming wedding and that's exactly what she got. Foundation, concealer, setting powder, blush, eye shadow palette but its more than that. My friend left feeling empowered and a beautified version of herself. She was so happy, looking naturally radiant and truly thats all because of Marina. Makeup may seem like a simple thing but anyone walking in for the first time carries an aspect of vulnerability. Marina empowered, acknowledged, and validated. It was a fun experience that left my gal pal ready for this upcoming wedding! Thank you Marina and MAC for having such an awesome human at their establishment!
