  Amazing team here everytime I’ve visited over the years. In July 2026 I needed makeup and lipsticks for a movie and I had been helped by two staff members who were patient and kind and had great suggestions and opinions. I settled on brick o la and beet for the liners and beam there done that and pigment of your imagination for the crème sheen lipsticks. The foundation matching was truly spot on. Mac is the only foundation myself and many others can find the closest match in. They’re great for having a variety of shades and undertones. Visited again on September 19 2026 and again received great help to get a more natural everyday liner. I don’t wear a lot of makeup if at all and just wanted something to add definition since I have muted features. I settled on both the liners because I couldn’t choose. They’re so large I’m sure they will last years. I got soar and whirl. They have a great rewards program.

  I had a really great experience at MAC in Yorkdale Mall. I had lost one of my makeup products and came into the store hoping to replace it, but I didn’t know the exact shade or number. The staff member who helped me was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. Even though I couldn’t remember the exact product details, she took the time to help me figure it out and find the right one. She never made me feel rushed and genuinely tried to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s always nice to receive this kind of customer service, especially when you’re not completely sure what you’re looking for. I really appreciated the help and the positive attitude. Great customer service and a very pleasant experience overall. Definitely recommend this MAC location at Yorkdale!
