  I went in expecting a simple brow cleanup — just to have a few hairs plucked while keeping my natural eyebrow shape. Instead, I was told I needed a wax, and now that the tint is fading, I can barely see my eyebrows. 😒 I’m honestly very disappointed because I specifically wanted to keep my natural shape and feel like that wasn’t listened to. I will never be coming back here. Ladies, it’s not worth the $50. Take your $50 somewhere that actually specializes in brows, takes their time, and listens to what you’re asking for. Your eyebrows are your face — don’t let anybody rush through them or take off more than you asked for. 💯 … The lady name is HENEFA
