  The technician was just ok. The lighting and mirror set up is very poor so I was only able to tell after in better lighting that there were some spots she Missed and that I don’t like the shape that she gave me.

  I went to the Benefit Brow Bar at the Sephora inside the Toronto Eaton Centre, and Ana completely exceeded my expectations. She shaped my brows beautifully and also did a brow tint, which turned out perfect. Her technique is super precise and gentle, and she really knows how to create the ideal brow shape for your face. On top of that, she’s incredibly kind, professional, and makes you feel totally comfortable throughout the entire service. If you want flawless, polished brows, Ana is the one. Highly recommend!

  Shania was amazing.. and really did a great job with my eyebrow waxing. They've never looked so good! I'll be sure to try out the tinting next time too. Great stuff!
