  The first time I got my eyebrows done last month, they looked amazing so I went back 4 weeks later (yesterday) to have them touched up. I asked for very a minimal trimming as I like to keep my eyebrow hairs long, but for some reason, she left one eyebrow untouched and essentially butchered the other one. The front 1/3 of my right eyebrow has hairs cut shorter than the top brow line, and now I have gaps in my eyebrow. I didn't see this in the store as I had to run after my appointment, but when I got home and looked in the mirror I wanted to cry. Instead of leaving my appointment happy, I left disappointed and currently hate the state of my brows. I 100% will not be returning.

  Great experience! Joana shaped my brows beautifully, the waxing was not painful and she showed me how to properly use a brow pen.

  Joanna does the best brow tint and brow wax! She understands what we exactly want and does exactly that!! I know a lot of places who make the brows too thin or the tinting too dark but she just does the perfect job!

  I had such a great first-time experience getting my eyebrows done with Joana! I honestly didn’t know what I wanted at all, so I trusted her to do what she felt would suit my face, and she absolutely delivered. She was very professional, made me feel completely comfortable, and clearly knows what she’s doing. I really appreciated how she took the lead and created a look that fits me so well. On top of that, she went the extra mile by helping me pick out makeup products that complement my new brows perfectly when I asked. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their overall look. Highly recommend Joana if you’re looking for someone skilled, knowledgeable, and truly attentive!
