  Joana at the Benefit Brow Bar in Sephora Union Station is absolutely fantastic! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and mapped my brows perfectly to suit my face. The shape she gave me is so flattering and natural looking. She was super gentle, professional, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun. My brows look fuller and more polished than they ever have, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Highly recommend booking with Johanna if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing. Will definitely be coming back!

  I did my first brow wax + tint in my life ever with Joanna. She made sure everything is perfectly in accordance to what I wanted my brows to look like (shape, darkness of tint, trims, etc) also pro tip: don’t be afraid to ask her what eyebrows shape she thinks would suits your face (her skills are built from that many clients of hers). On top of that, she is super friendly throughout the whole process, checks in with you, made sure you had the best experience ever. So, If that doesn’t convince you to do your brows with Joanna, I don’t know what will. No wonder why, her appointments are always full!
