  Recently, I had the pleasure of interacting with Oyin. She was warm, welcoming, and professional throughout our interaction. I truly appreciated her patience, kindness, and engaging conversation. What stood out most was that she genuinely listened, making me feel heard and valued. This is not a service I am accustomed to receiving, as in my own 8-to-4 role I am usually the one listening to others.   Nicole was such a big help!!! I came into Mac looking to get my pro discount because I have been a Makeup artist for over six years and the customer service for head office was not getting back to me so I went to her and she helped me a lot to try and get my discount big props to her the best manager!! She spent like 30+ minutes on the phone with head office to try and help me figure out what documents I wasn't sending to them, thank you so much 😊

  I will return for future make up services. I celebrated my 20th Wedding Anniversary on Sunday and decided to get my make done at MAC. As soon as I walked through the door one Representative handed me a water to drink as it was a busy day for me, that's where true Customer Service started. My experience could not have been better from start to finish. MAC Staff you have exemplified the true meaning of Customer Service and full competence in your Services. I was all glam for me Anniversary My husband whispered to me" girl you look beautiful!" My guests all inquired as to where I had my make up done. I shared my pictures with friends and family and the most frequently comment was " who did your make up ?" "What is the name of the place?" "Girl your make up rocks!" Thanks MAC Staff for making my day Awesome!!! Janette
