  Walked in to the store with the intention to update my lipsticks. 2 staff were working the floor but I was completely ignored. Not even a greeting! I waited until they were done talking but neither one approached me for service. Pretty bad service for such a great company.

  Five-star service from Tommy! I came in looking for foundation but didn't know where to start. Tommy went above and beyond to help me find the right shade for my skin type. His explanations were simple and thorough, making me feel totally at ease. Thank you, Tommy, for being so helpful and professional!

  I wanted to say thank you to Josh! I went in on Tuesday after months of feeling stressed about what the heck I was doing (definitely a makeup novice). My experience with other makeup stores hasn’t been great and not only did he change my tune on cosmetic stores in general, but definitely made me a MAC convert! Thank you again! :)

  I had an exceptional experience at MAC this afternoon thanks to Joshua R. From the moment I walked in with my daughter, he greeted us with incredible politeness and professional attention (despite the store being busy). I arrived with a long list of shades and plenty of indecision, but Joshua spent an hour working with me patiently. He NEVER made me feel rushed; instead, he was extremely friendly, he listened to all my concerns and offered expert tips all the time. I left the store with many new products and a lot of confidence. Joshua’s expertise is world-class, hard to find nowadays. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks again Joshua R!!!
