  Wowwww they are just amazing at their job specially Crystal, she was on the dot for her super special and friendly service. I had like zero knowledge about make up she just taught me all step wise so nicely and patiently (alone with my stupid questions as I have never used make up before 😅😅) She also made sure that I found everything I needed …. Definitely worth going there!!

  Went in looking for lipglass and lipstick. Two workers were busy, I waited by the register to see if anyone would acknowledge or help me. No one did, they just ignored me for a larger purchase, the least employees can do is say hello and that’ll help when available. Much better service at STC, would not recommend this location.

  I walked in and was greeted by Shay. Shay helped me pick out new products, showed and applied them on in a hygienic manner. Super pleased with her help. She was knowledgeable and very efficient with the whole process. Fantastic associate. Fantastic experience at Mac today.

  Walked in to the store with the intention to update my lipsticks. 2 staff were working the floor but I was completely ignored. Not even a greeting! I waited until they were done talking but neither one approached me for service. Pretty bad service for such a great company.

  Five-star service from Tommy! I came in looking for foundation but didn't know where to start. Tommy went above and beyond to help me find the right shade for my skin type. His explanations were simple and thorough, making me feel totally at ease. Thank you, Tommy, for being so helpful and professional!
