  I recently met with Carol at your Bayview Village store for a consultation. I’ve been a MAC customer for many years, buying from Fairview Mall until their closure. I am writing to let you know how happy I was with Carol’s service. Carol was very approachable and really knows your product line. She listens well and didn’t push products on me. Carol was also helpful in giving me samples to try, and I returned later to buy some. Carol is very focussed on the customer and an asset to your team. I felt heard and seen. She’s also a really lovely person.

  My mother, grandmother, and myself had the most incredible experience at MAC with Delphine. She was absolutely sensational! So kind, patient, knowledgeable, and generous. I got some new foundation and Delphine was so helpful in making the decision for the right type and making sure the colour matched. She is exceptional!

  Went to the MAC store at Bayview Village just before Christmas for the first time to get a new lip look. The very confident, polite and helpful Alexis helped me. She was amazing. She really knew her stuff. She gave me two colour pallets to choose from. She took her time asked me exactly what I wanted to achieve with the my new look. I will most definitely be a return customer. I can't say enough good things about Alexis as she really seems to enjoy her job and she made me feel important and wanted to help me. She is a very lovely woman and knows her stuff.
