  I went to Yorkdale’s brow bar and asked the tech to “clean up” the stray hairs and add a bit of shape to my existing brows; explained that I am trying to regrow my brows and would like to maintain the fullness, and provided a reference photo of what I’d like. I was very clear about what I wanted but it wasn’t followed AT ALL! Not only did the brow tech not follow the mapping, there is minimal shape to my new brows, in part because the tech waxed half my brows from the TOP (who does that?!?) She completely ignored me when I said I’m trying to regrow my brows. By far the worst brow waxing experience I’ve ver had. I do not recommend this place. I expect more from Benefit.

  I was a bit skeptical at first,I’ve never gotten my eyebrows done at a Sephora and it seemed a little pricy but then Tasneem was just amazing! She mapped my eyebrows and somehow made my impossible eyebrows symmetrical then I realized the price made sense.

  I had my appointment with Tasneem and left very disappointed. I specifically asked her to keep the shape of my brows and just clean them up a little, but a significant part of my brow was removed and they are now much thinner than I wanted. She did the brow mapping at the beginning, but I felt that the mapping was not followed at all. I’m really unhappy with the result, especially as I was very clear about what I wanted.
