  Wonderful experience here last Sunday. Dagny did my make up for a wedding and she did an amazing job! She was not only professional and efficient but also warm and approachable. I felt incredibly comfortable and cared for. All the other staff in the store were friendly and approachable as well. Will definitely be back.

  Amazing customer service! I need to give a huge thank you to one of your employees, Thai. She was so kind when I asked for eyelash curler. Sephora wanted to charge me even though I didn’t need makeup application. I had an important meeting yet forgot to curl my eyelashes, but Thai came to the rescue and helped me. Thank you so much for your kindness!

  There is no where better to go on your Big Day. Julie, Jessie and the rest of the Team make you feel like a Supermodel before you even sit in the chair - but then after ?!?! Flawless. The nicest, knowledgeable, Perfect Artists you could find. I wish I could go every day. Thank you Julie for making this Bride a Queen !!!

  Really disappointed with MAC at Upper Canada Mall. I went in for a lipstick, waited a long time, and the two employees were busy talking to family instead of helping. I even asked for help and was ignored. Ended up leaving—very unprofessional.

  Definitely 5-Star service at MAC Upper Canada Mall!! I love going in every once in a while to check out new products which the staff are always very knowledgeable about and helpful when it comes to applying. Thanks for making my daily makeup application easier and more professional!
