  Amelia did a stunning job on my brows! I got a lamination (lasting a good month & a half) aswell as a brow wax. My brows looked the fluffiest ever, I absolutely loved not having to touch them up with makeup to make them look full and tidy. Amelia was also super efficient with timing during the entire process. I believe I was done in about an hour for both services, including a nice touchup with concealer to carve them out and reduce some redness. I was also very comfortable sitting for the entire duration. Thank you again Amelia!! <3

  I’ve been to get a brow lamination from Amelia two times now, she does a phenomenal job and I always get so many compliments! She is so gentle when she does the waxing, I’ve literally never had such a comfortable wax! She also helped me pick out my tint color and picked the perfect color, I love the results! I will be back again and again to see Amelia❤️

  Kelly was absolutely fantastic ! She was so gentle and so reassuring. I don’t get my brows done often because of the slight pain it causes but she made me feel so comfy and I will be back!

  I booked to get my eyebrows done at the BrowBar for the very first time and I had the greatest experience with Kelly. She is super nice and answered all of my questions. She did a beautiful job on my eyebrows, she made sure there wasn’t a single hair out of place! Would highly recommend booking with Kelly!

  Kelly was amazing at upper Canada Mall. I don’t live right near there, and I would drive just to go back to her. I am very particular about sales people at malls because I don’t like pushy people, or overly fake nice people, or people who don’t listen. I have severe ADHD so I kind of told her a few things about my eyebrows that they are uneven that my head is uneven and that it’s all or nothing for me so you know you don’t have to keep asking me if you’re doing OK I’m not one of those customers once I’m in your hands. I’m in your hands. She totally listened and respected that without asking me if every hair was in place but at the same time making sure I was happy, making sure the shape was good. She was very friendly. Happy to talk with relatable, but not in a sickly fake giggly way that a lot of customer service agents utilize. I cannot sing her appraise high enough. I do think she is a very big asset to benefit and Sephora, and she deserves a tip, a raise a bonus or something because often those kind of stores can be intimidating to people and she has just the right amount of friendly that is not sickening, nor is it offputting. Thank you, Kelly. It was a great experience and even though I probably can’t afford it again for a very long time, I would be willing to make the drive because once I trust someone like that with something personal like my face, it’s worth the distance. I’m sure Kelly deals with a lot of entitled people all day and keeps that similar attitude. Kudos to her. it’s not easy. (I had my eyebrows waxed only.) Kelly took the time to put concealer on because I warned her. I was gonna be very red afterwards. I have sensitive skin. It does not bother me, it’s not like it causes me a lot of pain that I’m not used to, but she was very gentle, wiping away the wax and cooling it down even though I told her she did not have to be.
