  Had the most amazing brow service done by Deanna, she was so polite, and funny. She made my brows the perfect shape I am in love with how they look so fresh and clean. Will definitely be coming back to Deanna. Highly recommended 10/10 💕

  I have been coming to see Deanna at this location for several months and even used to see her at the Hillcrest location. Very hard these days to find someone so passionate about their work and understanding at a retail location. Deanna went above and beyond with the services I requested and was personable to be around. She is highly knowledgeable about her work and I have always loved how she has my brows looking. Will be coming to see her for the foreseeable future.

  I went for eyebrow lamination and tint with Eyebrow Technician Deanna A, There's ONLY 1 person who does eyebrows there & it's her. I made it very clear that I have a scar near my eyebrow and explicitly requested no wax be applied there. Deanna A acknowledged this concern, but to make her own job easier, she proceeded to wax over the scar anyway and simply said "sorry." Furthermore, the results did not look like the lamination and tint I paid for. I actually had to go back to her the very next day just to achieve the shape I originally requested. I am extremely disappointed that my explicit instructions were ignored and that the final result fell short. I hope the camera footage can be reviewed by management so they can see exactly how this appointment was handled! I have uploaded 2 photos, to show how far from eyebrow lamination mine looks like

  Deanna was incredible, super friendly and professional at the same time. It was my first time getting brows done at Sephora. She know her job very well. I got my eye brows and lip waxed and tinted. I would go back again. Thank you girl! My only feedback for Sephora team would be to have a dedicated corner space rather than middle, I was so worried someone will bump into her as the store was packed.
