  I recently had the pleasure of being helped by an employee named Victoria, and I felt she deserved to be recognized. To be completely honest, my experiences at other MAC locations haven’t always been positive. I’ve often felt that if you don’t make a purchase, or if you don’t look a certain way, some employees can come across as dismissive or unfriendly. Because of those past experiences, I wasn’t expecting much. Victoria completely changed that. She took the time to carefully shade-match my foundation, patiently let me try around 12 different lipstick shades, and guided me through the entire process without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. She truly went above and beyond, and I honestly haven’t experienced this level of customer service in years. I even called the store today to let the manager know about my experience because I believe great employees deserve recognition. Exceptional customer service like Victoria’s is rare, and I think it’s so important to give credit where it’s due. If you happen to read this, Victoria, I hope you receive everything you wish for in life. Your kindness, patience and professionalism made such a positive impact on my day.   Kelsey was very unprofessional not only towards myself but her coworkers as well. Has no hospitality as to just saying a “Hi” and looks at me up an down like that was uncalled for. The attitude she was giving her fellow coworker who had long hair and spent so much time with me made sure I left satisfied but the looks and attitude kelsey was giving her was very unprofessional will only be coming back for the other girl she’s great!

  Most amazing service by Kelsey! Came in super late, right before close, looking for a colour correcter and she searched high and low for one that suited me. Absolute sweetheart, thank you so much for your help I truly appreciate it!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Nicole at MAC Cosmetics. I came in feeling completely lost because my skin and makeup needs have changed so much with age, and I honestly didn’t know where to start anymore. Nicole was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive even though the store was very busy. What I appreciated most was that she didn’t just try to sell me all new products — she worked with the MAC products I already had and showed me how to make it work for my changing skin. By the time she was done, I felt absolutely beautiful and embarrasingly shed a tear (and the eye makeup still looked great). More importantly, I left feeling confident again. Nicole has such a calming, genuine approach and really listens to what you need. She made the whole experience feel comfortable, uplifting, and fun. I’m so grateful for her help and would highly recommend booking with her if you want someone talented, honest, and caring
