  I was in the store today, to return a lipstick, the shade was just not working for me, I was helped by Blanka, She was so kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment she helped me. She took her time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find a shade that I truly love and feel confident wearing. She didn’t make me feel rushed or uncomfortable at all — she genuinely cared about helping me find the right color. Blanka’s kindness and passion for what she does really stood out to me. You can tell when someone truly loves their job, and she made my visit such a positive experience. Thank you, Blanka, for being so helpful and making my day a little brighter.   My makeup bag needed a full refresh. I was a walk-in, but Blanca took her time with me, learned about my style, skills, and comfort level, tested out some shades with me, and helped me figure out a look. I never would have been able to figure out what I was doing on my own and I’m so grateful for the friendly, helpful service. Thanks Blanca!

  I had such a wonderful experience at MAC Stone Road Mall thanks to BLANKA. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the beginning. She made my shopping experience so enjoyable and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Her customer service is truly exceptional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients.
